Your Roadmap:

The Body, Mind, and Heart Journey

The Adult ADHD-series is a three-book series. We crave structure and rebel against it. So, I designed this trilogy to trick both parts of us: one wants the big picture, the other can handle only one bite at a time. You might wonder why I split the journey into three books instead of one big ADHD encyclopedia.

Simple: our brains don’t learn in overwhelm.

Too much information turns into static. Instead of a mountain of advice, I’m giving you three clear paths. Each one is complete in itself, and each naturally builds into the next.

This first book, The ADHD Brain Explained, gives you what you need right now: understanding, practical tools, and quick wins to steady your body and brain. You can stop here and already feel the difference. Or keep going later to explore emotions and thriving.

Think of it like building a house: This book lays the foundation. The next builds the walls of connection. The last opens the windows to light and freedom. Together, they form a full-circle journey through your body, mind, and heart.

Book One: The Adult ADHD Brain Explained (Body)

We start with your body because this is the biological foundation of focus and energy. Small, compassionate shifts in sleep, nutrition, and movement can calm chaos and build steadier focus.

Book Two: The ADHD Relationship Reset (Mind)

Then we explore your mind in motion: the emotional rollercoaster, communication, and self-worth. Here you’ll learn why reactions feel so big and how to rebuild trust and calm.

Book Three: Living, Accepting, and Thriving with ADHD (Heart)

Finally, the heart. This is where we turn coping into thriving, and shame into self-celebration.

Here you’ll learn to live fully and unapologetically as yourself.

Together, the three books form a complete journey:

  • Understand your brain and support your body.

  • Repair your relationships and regulate your emotions.

  • Accept yourself and thrive with ADHD.

Think of it as your roadmap back to balance, where your body finds steadiness, your mind finds peace, and your heart finally finds home.

By the time you close the final page, you won’t just understand your ADHD, you’ll understand yourself.

Your Voice Can Help Someone Else Find Theirs

If this book has spoken to you, if even one story, one sentence, or one idea helped something click, would you take a moment to share that? Your words might be the signpost that helps someone else, standing right where you once stood, finally realize: I’m not broken. My brain just works differently.

Reviews aren’t just stars or numbers, but stories that reach the people who most need hope, understanding, and guidance. When you share what resonated with you, you help others find the support they’ve been searching for, sometimes for decades.

So, if you can, take a few minutes to leave a review where you bought this book. Tell the truth of what you found here, in your own voice. You never know whose day, or life, you might change with it.
